About Red Oak Direct Ltd.

Welcome to Red Oak Direct Ltd! We're a friendly, family-run business with an existing network of sales reps across the north of England - and now we've opened a web store to enable the rest of the United Kingdom to enjoy our keen prices and service.

Our website currently offers a relatively small selection of the large number of products we sell offline, but we'll be continuously expanding our online product range so please check back often.

Delivery charges

Our delivery charges to the UK mainland are £4.95 (Ex. VAT) for any orders below £60 (Ex. VAT) using our selected courier service, which is normally Initial City Link. Orders of £60 (Ex. VAT) or over are delivered free of charge using the same level of delivery service.

For UK offshore deliveries (Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish isles, Isles of Scilly etc.) please call or email us as delivery surcharges will apply.

How To Pay

We accept card payments made with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Debit, Visa Electron and Solo cards. The card information can be entered safely into our encrypted system at checkout time.

You can also choose to send your payment details seperately from your online order, either by fax, phone or post. In this case we also accept cheques as well as card details, although they will need to clear before goods are despatched. If you choose this option, please do not forget to send your details! This has happened a few times, and people are often hard to contact leading to delays with their order.

Product suggestions and site improvements

Please feel free to email us with suggestions for improvements or new products - and we *do* mean that. If there's something you're after that's not on the site let us know and we'll see what we can do! Please note that we don't produce a printed catalogue at the moment.

Also, if you require bulk (i.e. ten or more) prices on any product please drop us a line and we'll try hard to help. Our sales director will be happy to talk to you about your requirements.

Garment Printing Services

Please note that we can now provide extensive garment labelling services utilising screen printing, heat transfer printing, or embroidery. We can also cater for corporate logos and designs. You can see a very small selection of our work below. Please email us with your requirements for a competitive quote, and if possible please include a small .gif or .jpg file of any logos required.
