By now you've probably heard a lot about the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) that is the new law from May 25th. 2018.

GDPR is designed to give you more choice in how you are contacted by companies, and how your data (for example your name, address, e-mail address and phone numbers) is held and used.

As a family owned business for 16 years, Red Oak Direct Limited are passionate about looking after our customers, and we hate spam as much as you do. Without subscribing to our e-mail newsletters, we will only ever contact you where required to do so as part of a necessity to complete your order and delivery, or should there be a query with an order you have placed.

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Red Oak Direct Limited collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the website (The "Site"). This privacy policy applies to the Site, and all products and services offered by Red Oak Direct Limited.

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our Site, register on the Site, place an order, fill out a form, subscribe to the newsletter, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site.   • We will never sell, or pass on for marketing purposes any customer details - we absolutely hate spam and junk mail too.
  • Please do consider ticking the box to allow us to send you very occasional offers by e-mail. We promise they will only ever be from us, and will be restricted to a maximum of 12 per year or less - we really value your trust in us, and do like to repay your support by providing money off voucher codes, discounted prices, and limited stock offers!

Red Oak Direct Limited do not store any payment information on any of our servers, or as paper records making a potential data breach less harmful.


Red Oak Direct Limited’s products are not directed at children.
